Fiona started today as our on site Administrator. We would like to wish her a warm welcome and are pleased to have her on board.
Walton&Allen’s Property & Estate Director and Block Management Administrator have attended site and met with the Directors of the RTM Company and also completed the monthly emergency light test.
SWES are on site and will be replacing all the lights for LED’s. Once completed a electrical condition report will be carried out.
An order has been placed with SWES for the communal lights to be upgraded to LED. SWES are due to be on site w/c 21st August 2017 to start the works.
Walton&Allen’s Property & Estate Director and Block Management Administrator has attended site and met with a potential candidate for the administrator role. A site inspection was completed on this visit.
Pomona Gardens will be on site on the 8th August to complete a ‘one off’ tidy up to the gardens.

Beta Fire will be on site Thursday 29th June 2017 to complete a routine service visit to the Emergency Lights, Fire Panel, Smoke Vents and Fire extinguishers.
