Following our comment on 25.05.18, Walton & Allen’s Roaming Caretaker has attended site today and returned with removing required abandoned bulky waste. They also made a start to weeding the car park area and cleaned the internal fittings to the top floor lights in Block 1-4.

Walton & Allen’s Roaming Caretaker attended site today and removed several amounts of bulky waste items abandoned in the car park and internal communal areas. A return visit is required.

Walton & Allen’s Trainee Property and Contracts Manager has attended site today to carry out a walk around inspection of the site. They also showed Walton & Allen’s Junior Property Manager around the building.
Gardiners Court was visited by an RTM Director and the Contracts Director at W&A, to look at drawing up a forward maintenance plan.
Due to the snowy and icy weather conditions, please only travel if necessary. Please be extra careful and vigilant when traveling around the block/site. Due to the possible issue of pipes freezing, please keep an eye on this and keep your heating on throughout today to prevent this issue.

The monthly emergency light test has been completed today.
The emergency lights have been replaced, and the bulkhead to the rear of the property has also been replaced.
