Following our comment on 16.08.18, the gate engineer attended site today, carried out the necessary repairs and returned this gate to working order.
We are aware that there is an issue with the upper car park pedestrian gate which the gate engineers believes is wiring faults. We have instructed them to attend site for a day to fully investigate and rewire where required. We are currently awaiting an attendance date.
Following our comment on 24.07.18, the failed emergency lights EM01 & EM10 were replaced today as required. The light with the damaged diffuser (cover) in the South Block foyer did not need replacing as our Maintenance engineer reused one from the failed removed lights.
Following a recent site visit inspection and emergency light test, three emergency light fittings have been instructed to be replaced, one being the damaged fitting in the South Block foyer. We are also aware that there is a light out by Apartment 31. W&A Maintenance engineer will try changing the lamp when they attend to replace the other required fittings.
Walton & Allen’s Property Manager has attended site today and carried out a walk around inspection of the communal areas and carried out the monthly emergency light test.

The cleaners have been on site today to complete the window cleaning.
Due to the snowy and icy weather conditions, please only travel if necessary. Please be extra careful and vigilant when traveling around the block/site. Due to the possible issue of pipes freezing, please keep an eye on this and keep your heating on throughout today to prevent this issue.
