We’re sorry that sometimes things don’t always go to plan. We always strive to provide the best possible service to all our clients but occasionally things may not work out.

Walton & Allen provide block management services across the East Midlands and beyond, ensuring residents and leaseholders have peace of mind in where they’re living.

We have wide experience of managing large and small developments, including personally owned apartments. This gives you the confidence that we will consistently deliver the services that are essential in making your home or investment a safe, clean and desirable location.

Information for tenants

Maintenance issues can be reported to blockmanagement@waltonandallen.co.uk.
Meter reading requests should be sent to meterreadings@waltonandallen.co.uk.

Issues with a block

We always aim to tackle issues as soon as they are reported to us. Sometimes we may need to investigate further, or in the case of a maintenance issue we could have to order parts and/or arrange for a site visit. Sometimes we may also have to rely on external contractors who may not be able to deal with an issue immediately. Rest assured that we will address each issue reported to us as soon as we can.

Issues with service charge

Walton & Allen Property Management do not set the cost of your yearly service charge. This is decided by the board of directors for your building. Your service charge may increase due to one off maintenance charges such as roof repairs, or fire safety updates after Grenfell Tower. It may also increase due to inflation. We endevour to provide as much detail as possible as to why your service charge has increased on every cover letter sent with a tenant demand.
