Senior Sales Negotiator / Progressor

We are and independent Estate Agent based in Nottingham looking for a property Senior Sales Negotiator / Progressor to work as part of the sales team.

For this role, you will need to have an estate agency sales and / or sales progressor background, with an excellent understanding of the property sales process.

You must have a positive and professional manner at all times as you will be liaising with clients, solicitors, surveyors and financial advisor’s so you can update both vendors and buyers.

Responsibilities and Duties

Duties include:

  • Generate and attend viewings
  • Generate market appraisals
  • Effectively managing the pipeline of property sales through to completion
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure the timely delivery of the sales pipeline
  • Working closely with external solicitors and relevant third parties to see through completions in a timely manner
  • Maintaining regular contact with the vendor and purchaser
  • Abiding by the codes of practice as set out by The Property Ombudsman
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Ensuring systems are up to date
  • Carrying out all administrative duties as required

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate:

  • Full driving license and use of own car preferred
  • Experience in sales negotiation and / or progression
  • Well-spoken with excellent communication skills both face to face and via phone/ email
  • Ability to build rapport through effective influencing and negotiation skills
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
  • Strong third party relationship management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Conscientious and proactive in generating new business and maximising sales opportunities
  • Well presented

Maintenance Co-ordinator

About the Company

We are recruiting a Maintenance Co-ordinator for an established Property Management, Sales and Lettings Company based in Nottingham City Centre.

About the role

We are looking for a confident individual who can work well within our Maintenance Department. Providing excellent customer service to those within the company and those contacting and visiting the office. The individual must have a high level of administrative and organisational skills.

Duties and responsibilities-

* Liaise with Tenants, Landlords, Property Managers, in-house Maintenance Team and Subcontractors

* Arrange / follow-up repairs to apartments, houses, and communal areas of managed apartment blocks / estates

* Creating / following up Invoicing

* Checking quality of work

* General Adminstration duties

About you

* You will be experienced in either property or maintenance industries, although if the right candidate applies, this may be a great opportunity for someone to gain experience and grow within an expanding property company.

* Will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills and excellent customer service.

* You will need to be professionally presented and be able to provide the best representation of the company at all times.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00 – 5.30

Salary: £18,000
