We are a Nottingham city centre Estate Agents looking for a Mortgage Progressor / Administrator.

Providing administration support to Consultants, to include research, criteria and affordability assessments, as well as managing a mortgage pipeline through to completion.

Must be able to work on own initiative and to deadlines.

Must be confident in dealing with clients, lenders, insurers and Solicitors.

Flexible approach to working within an enthusiastic and friendly team

Liaising with banks, solicitors and clients

Accuracy and attention to detail are a must

Sales experience to attract new business

Experience is essential

Estate Agent Trainee Negotiator / Sales Progressor


Senior Sales Negotiator / Progressor

We are and independent Estate Agent based in Nottingham looking for a property Senior Sales Negotiator / Progressor to work as part of the sales team.

For this role, you will need to have an estate agency sales and / or sales progressor background, with an excellent understanding of the property sales process.

You must have a positive and professional manner at all times as you will be liaising with clients, solicitors, surveyors and financial advisor’s so you can update both vendors and buyers.

Responsibilities and Duties

Duties include:

  • Generate and attend viewings
  • Generate market appraisals
  • Effectively managing the pipeline of property sales through to completion
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure the timely delivery of the sales pipeline
  • Working closely with external solicitors and relevant third parties to see through completions in a timely manner
  • Maintaining regular contact with the vendor and purchaser
  • Abiding by the codes of practice as set out by The Property Ombudsman
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Ensuring systems are up to date
  • Carrying out all administrative duties as required

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate:

  • Full driving license and use of own car preferred
  • Experience in sales negotiation and / or progression
  • Well-spoken with excellent communication skills both face to face and via phone/ email
  • Ability to build rapport through effective influencing and negotiation skills
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
  • Strong third party relationship management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Conscientious and proactive in generating new business and maximising sales opportunities
  • Well presented
