Of course one of our core responsibilities as an estate agent is to ensure that your property is being well looked after.

For one thing it’s your property and you want it to be looked after, but for another, it’s a lot easier to find a tenant for a well looked after home that looks nice and is in a good state of repair.

Our dedicated maintenance team are on hand to carry out all maintenance tasks, from plumbing, to decorating to carpentry and gardening – everything to ensure your property is in good shape.

In order to minimise damage we also conduct regular six monthly inspections on your property to ensure that everything is as it should be and any required repairs are caught early, before too much damage is caused.

In short, when you instruct us to manage your property, you’re leaving it in very safe hands indeed.
