Keepers Gate Property Value

Since taking over the management of Keepers Gate we can inform all owners that progress in property prices seems to be, and finally, on the way up.

From there being no management of the building and to when Walton and Allen took control, values seem to have increased.

A flat was sold at auction for £49,000 in August 2015. In December 2017 the same flat was purchased for £59,000 at auction, again.

On that basis, a price increase of 20.4% has been achieved.

The Land Registry states that the lowest price paid back in June 2015 was £42,000 representing a price increase of 40.5%, by the same comparison.

The Message: from no management of the building to our management, prices are improving.

We value your continued support.
