Following our comment below, the Roaming Caretaker has attended to the dangerous wood issue, rectified the overflowing bins, leaving 1 bin empty.
A resident has kindly informed us that someone has unfortunately dumped several items of wood with screws exposed within two bins in the bin store which is not only a health and safety issue but has used all the room within the bins so the bins will not suffice until collection day. W&A have arranged for the roaming caretaker to attend today, despite it not being their scheduled day, to rectify this issue
Walton&Allen’s Trainee Property Manager has attended site today and carried out a walk-around inspection of the communal areas
Following our comment below, WALTONADNALLEN’S Trainee Property Manager met the decorator from R S Decorating on-site this morning to provide access and show them the required areas that require touch up painting. As previously advised, the decorator will be on-site today carrying out touch up painting to various blocks. Please be extra vigilant when travelling inside the apartment blocks communal areas today due to areas of wet paint.
On Thursday 7th September 2017 a company called R S Decorating Ltd will be on-site approximately 8:00am to 5:00pm carrying out touch up painting to the internal communal areas of the apartment blocks. Although R S Decorating will have the relevant warning signage in place etc, please be extra vigilant on Thursday 7th September 2017 when travelling inside the apartment blocks communal areas due to areas of wet paint. Is R S Decorating need to return to site another day to finish any of the blocks, we will update this page and write to the relevant block to inform. A notice has been hand delivered by the Roaming Caretaker to all Residents today and a copy erected on the notice board

The necessary repair has been made to the gate and has been returned to working order today.
A Company called Roger Needle will be attending site on Friday 25.08.17 to carry out a gutter clearance at this building. Roger Needle use a vacuum clean system where their equipment can move up to half a brick from the gutter. This system also saves on any at height related costs.
Walton&Allen’s Trainee Property Manager has attended site today and carried out a walk around inspection of the communal areas. They also checked on works that were recently carried out like the repairs to the meter cupboard light in Block 25-30.
