Following our previous comment, Chemdry have attended site today and carried out a carpet clean of the internal communal carpets to all Blocks.

Carpet Cleaning

As included in the 2018/19 service charge budget, a company called Chemdry have been instructed to carry out a carpet clean to the internal communal carpets to all apartment blocks and will be attending site Monday 14th May 2018 to carry this out.

Walton & Allen’s Junior Property Manager has attended site this afternoon and inspected the recent completed works to the gate stop line and pathways between vegetation.

Vehicle Gate

Following our comment on 13.04.18, as planned a member of Walton & Allen Maintenance department has attended site today and painted the “STOP” markings on the driveway of the internal side of the vehicle gate. This should help prevent the issue with vehicles driving too close to the gate when expecting it to open which then leads to further issues. You simply need to drive up to the “STOP” line, to exit through the car park vehicle gate, and then patiently wait for the gate to open.

Pathways Between Vegetation

Following our comments below, all three pathways (outside Blocks 1-6, 7-12 and 25-30), between vegetation have been completed. These pathways will ease access to the gas and water meters and will look more aesthetically pleasing than the current soil based manmade pathways.

Following our comment below, a member of Walton & Allen’s Maintenance team is on-site again today, continuing with this job. Yesterday they completed the pathways outside Blocks 7-12 and 25-30. Today they intend to complete the larger pathway outside Block 1-6.

Following our comment on 14.02.18, A member of Walton & Allen Maintenance team is on-site today fitting paving slabs to the three pathways between vegetation (outside Blocks 1-6, 7-12 and 25-30), leading to gas and water meters to ease access. This will also look more aesthetically pleasing than the current soil based manmade pathways.
