Walton & Allen’s Block Management Administrator has attended site and completed a walk around inspection of the communal areas.
Following our comment on 1st March 2018 Horizon have attended site and completed their first, attached is their tick sheet from the visit.
Walton & Allen’s Property & Estate Director has met with the newly appointed Director of Cutlers Court to discuss how to move the site forward.
Please be aware that as of 1.03.18 Horizon Landscapes are now the instructed contractors for the grounds maintenance.
Due to the snowy and icy weather conditions, please only travel if necessary. Please be extra careful and vigilant when traveling around the block/site. Due to the possible issue of pipes freezing, please keep an eye on this and keep your heating on throughout today to prevent this issue.

MWE who service the Fire Safety equipment on site have attended to carry out a repair one of the smoke vents and replaced all of the batteries.
Please be aware that Horizon Landscapes will be on site Thursday 25th Jan and Friday 26th Jan to complete some works around the site. The works will include the removal of tress that have been mentioned on the building and may cause structural damage in the future.
