Termination

Site Visit

Steve the caretaker has carried out a walk around of the building with a new Walton&Allen Maintenance operative this afternoon in order to familiarise them with the building.

Light Replacement

A Walton&Allen operative has attended site today and installed a new 9w LED twin spot emergency floodlight to replace the failed existing light in car park.

Caretaker Off-Site

Water Services

Sterilizing Services are on site today to carry out the monthly temperature checks.

Recycling Bags

WALTON&ALLEN have contacted Nottingham City Council today to request some more orange recycling bags for residents to use to be placed on site.

Salt/Grit within the Communal Areas

We would like to politely remind all residents that the responsibility for salting/gritting the communal areas is the responsibility of the residents. Please note; even if salt/grit has been provided by the management company, Walton&Allen or the management company take no responsibility for salting/gritting the communal areas.

Funds Raised for White Rose – The Aegis Trust

We would like to thank residents of the building for their fashion donations to White Rose throughout the year to raise money for The Aegis Trust.
