Last week was deemed too wet to visit Coppice Park as the grass would not have been able to be cut. This missed visit will be substitute for week commencing 23rd July where Horizon will attend (originally scheduled for no attendance this week as per the contracted scheduled visits)

Vehicle Gate

Following our comment below, the gate engineers have attended site today and installed the replacement part which has returned the gate to working order.

Following our comment on 03.04.18 and the gate engineers attendance 04.04.18, a part is required which has been approved and instructed.

Block 2-4 Window

Following our comment below, Edwards Metal Windows are due on-site today to take true sizes for the damaged unit with the intention of replacing on Thursday 12.04.18.

External Electricity Brick House

The Directors have approved for the external electricity brick housing unit (as shown below) to be re-felted. Walton & Allen obtained a quote which the Directors have approved, awaiting an attendance date from the contractor.

Block 2-4 Window

Following our comment on 29.03.18, The Directors of Coppice Park (Draycott) Management Company Ltd have approved the window repair and a company called Edwards Metal Windows has been instructed, awaiting an attendance date.

Gardening

The Directors have agreed with the gardeners not to cut the lawns this week due to current condition. They intend to cut the lawns on next weeks visit, weather permitting.

Site Visit

Walton & Allen’s Trainee Property Manager has attended site this morning and carried out the monthly walk around inspection of the communal areas. The emergency light, smoke detectors and RCD tests were carried out on this visit and the Landlord Supply Meter readings were taken in order to be submitted at the office to the current supplier.

Vehicle Gate

We are aware that the vehicle gate is operation however with one side of the gate being partly open. We have informed the gate engineers who shall be attending site tomorrow.
