Lillian has requested that the broken lid on the brown bin is replaced.
Lillian advised Joe (the roofer) was on site today to fix the leak near the entrance into no6, 8 & 10 in the communal area. He will also be looking at the leak going into number 8 while he is there.
It was reported that two lights were out on the staircase. Lillian has been in touch advising that Mark has fixed one light, and replacements have been ordered for the other.
Walton & Allen’s Property Manager has attended site and completed a walk around inspection of the communal areas. Please find attached a link below to view a copy of the inspection check list completed.
A quote for the failed emergency light and standard lights around the building has been sent to the Directors for approval. The Directors are also currently obtaining a quote for a leak that is affecting the area outside apartment 6.
Please be aware that the front porch will be repaired and repainted this week.

Cloud Surveyors have been instructed to attend the Mansion and complete a building survey which will help produce a forward maintenance plan for the building. The will be attending on Wednesday 16th May.
A quote has been instructed for a type 2 Fire Risk Assessment to be completed in the communal areas and also with a number of apartments. We will update this page once a date for attendance has been agreed.
