Walton & Allen poach top estate agent talent

Posted on September 25, 2014 by Walton & Allen

We are pleased to introduce the newest member of the Walton & Allen team. Phillip Williams will be our new Head of Residential Sales and joins us from a business called Sequence, Bagshaws and W. H. Brown. There, he was Regional Training and Development Manager for Derby, Nottingham and five more cluster branches.

Before that, Phillip had an extremely successful five-year spell at Spicerhaart in Sheffield. The company, which operates under two brand names: Haybrook and Haart, handed Phillip a whole variety of challenges in his time there.

He opened two new branches from scratch in Crooks and Woodseats in Sheffield. He also managed a super branch in Barnsley which had 17 members of staff and three financial advisers. His last position with the company was regional Listings Development Manager where his role was to train and develop 32 listers/valuers all over the East Midlands

Phillip says that for him, customer service is everything, without it all your efforts mean nothing if your customer is not happy.

All in all, Phillip brings a wealth of experience, ideas and success to our team from his 15 years in the business, and we look forward to achieving great things together.
