Walton & Allen building modern family homes in Bulwell
Walton & Allen have just announced plans to build a new development of modern townhouses on the outskirts of Bulwell. All of these new homes will have plenty of shopping and leisure facilities nearby and are within minutes of beautiful countryside and parkland.
Situated on the corner of Seller’s Wood Drive and Crabtree Road, the new development known as Nelson Close, has been designed to meet the needs of young couples and families.
All of the properties will have roomy interiors and a high standard of fixtures and fittings. The accommodation in each home will comprise a large open reception room with dining area, a spacious kitchen, two or three good sized bedrooms and a generous family bathroom.
The centre of Bulwell with all of its amenities is only a short walk away. And surrounding Nelson Close in almost every direction are wide open spaces of greenery and beautiful country walks only minutes away.
A complete Furniture Pack with almost everything you need for your new home is available as an optional extra, and Walton & Allen can even help arrange the mortgage and take care of the conveyancing and legal paperwork.
Prices start from just £129,950 and each home can be reserved with just a £500 deposit – fully refundable until construction begins. All of the homes are part of the Government’s Help to Buy scheme which is designed to help hardworking people buy their own home. For example, with a Help to Buy equity loan the Government lends up to 20% of the cost of a new-build home.
The team at Walton & Allen are pleased to unveil this new development. As managing director Rob Walton points out, “Here at Walton & Allen, we’re keen to help people get on the property ladder. Now that the market is picking up and starting to move again, and the government is helping financially, we want to do our bit to help young couples and families have a place of their own.”
