Crown Mill

Walton & Allen are pleased to announce that we have been instructed to manage the common parts at Crown Mill in Lincoln.

This fabulous apartment development is as a result of a refurbishment of a former grade II listed flour mill building around 1990. The windmill sails no longer form part of this beautiful structure but plenty of original features still exist.

There are 26 apartments, each with unique layouts.

The directors instructed us as they felt new impetus into the management of the property was required and the advice given already, persuaded them to choose us. We are delighted that they did.

Our preparation has already started for the start date of 4th November. We are more than ready.
