Walton&Allen’s Block Management Administrator has attended site and completed a walk around inspection of the communal areas. On this visit they also met with the area manager for the Cleaning Company in order to train them on the weekly fire safety tests.
Following our comment dated 24.04.17, unfortunately FSE were not able to attend on this day to carry out the repairs to the Dry Risers, we have been informed this morning that an engineer will be attending site tomorrow, Friday 28.04.17, to carry this out.
Following our comment on 18.04.17, FSE will be attending site today to carry out a service visit to the Dry Risers.
Following our comment on March 17th, Walton&Allen’s Block Management Administrator has attended site and met with an engineer from FSE in order for them to complete their first service visit on the Fire Panel & Smoke Vent. A separate engineer will be attending on the 24th March to service the Dry Risers.

Following our comment on March 10th, FSE have been awarded the contract for the bi-annual fire safety service. They have provisionally booked their first visit for the 18th April.
The 2nd Half Year Service Charge due the 25th March 2017 has been sent to all leaseholders today.

Following our comment on 13th March, Roger Needle Cleaning Services have contacted the office and explained they had another client cancel on their job today so will attend The Pines today to clear the gutters.
Following our comment on March 10th, Roger Needle Cleaning Services will be attending site Thursday 16th March to clear the gutters on site.
Following our comment on March 10th, Brass Facilities the instructed cleaning company have attended site for their first visit. They have made a huge improvement to the entrance mat of the communal stairs and cleared the car park of pine needles.
Walton&Allen’s Block Management Administrator has received quotes from a cleaning company and gutter clearance company. After reviewing the cash flow at the building and looked at the expenditure for the next 6 months we can confirm that these services will now be instructed. We will update this page with attendance dates.
Walton&Allen’s Block Management Administrator has contacted Fire Safety Contractors in order for their quotes to be obtained for the bi-annual legislative checks to the Fire Alarm, Smoke Vent & Dry Risers on site.
Walton&Allen’s Block Management Administrator has attended site and carried out a walk around inspection of the communal areas. An independent cleaning company has also been contacted, they will be attending site this week in order to carry out a survey and provide a quote for Window Cleaning, Grounds Maintenance and Communal Cleaning.
We are pleased to confirm that Walton&Allen have now received information from the previous management agent for the site including Leaseholders contact details. Walton&Allen’s Block Management Administrator will contact everyone in writing to introduce Walton&Allen.
