WALTON&ALLEN’S Trainee Property Manager has attended site this morning and met a potential fire system company to quote for their service maintenance to the fire system and to carry out a fire risk assessment.

Following the recent Emergency Light test, some replacements are required. The replacement quote has been approved and the required will be replaced in due course.

The installation of CCTV around the communal areas has been underway for the past month and has now been finalised along with sufficient internet usage to support them.
The lawns have been cut today along with a start to removing the weeds around the communal grounds. The pathways have also been swept except the car park due to the amount of cars parked today. This will be addressed another day.

Following our comments below, Spotlight Cleaning Services will be on-site tomorrow morning approx. 8:30-9.00am to complete the removal/clearance job.
Following our below comments, The chosen contractor, Spotlight Cleaning Services has been instructed of the removal of all bulky waste items in the bin area along with de-contaminating the affected x4 garden bins that the refuse team refuse to collect due to waste items being within these bins. We are currently awaiting a job date that Spotlight will be attending site. As there seems to be an issue with Residents using the incorrect bins, Zebra Lets have been asked to speak to their tenants regarding this matter.
Following our comment below, the obtained quotes have been sent to our client for consideration and authorisation.
Following Walton&Allen’s site visit with the caretaker yesterday an historic issue was highlighted with regards to abandoned bulky waste items by the previous managing agent. Walton&Allen are obtaining quotes to submit for authorisation.
WALTON&ALLEN’s Trainee Property Manager has attended site this morning and carried out a walk around inspection of the communal areas. A walk around with Peter who will be the caretaker on-site was also carried out to agree their duties.
Walton&Allen are currently in correspondence with a gentleman named Peter who regularly attends site in order to obtain a quote for his attendance to carry out various communal jobs, including the weekly fire panel test, monthly emergency light tests and gardening.
Following our comment on February 9th Walton&Allen are currently in the process of obtaining a quote for any failed emergency light replacements following the recent test.
