Following our comment on July 25th, the contracted window cleaners have attended site today and carried out the external window clean to all windows
The contracted window cleaners were due on-site this week however due to personal circumstances will be attending next week on Tuesday 01/08/2017 to carry out an external window clean.
A member of WALTON&ALLEN’S Maintenance has attended site today and replaced the failed LED Emergency light fitting in Block 25-30 top floor and the failed LED Emergency light fitting in Block 31-36 Ground floor.
WALTON&ALLEN’S Trainee Property Manager has attended site this afternoon and carried out a walk around inspection Visit.
Following our comment on 30.06.17, parts are on order for the block 31-36 external entrance light and once delivered an electrician will attend site to fit and return this light to working order.
