Jordan’s Cleaning Services have attended site and cleaned the top of the garage roofs from any leaves and debris.
Walton&Allen’s Block Management Administrator has attended site and completed a walk around inspection of the communal areas.
Walton&Allen’s Block Management Administrator has attended site and met with a cleaning contractor in order to obtain a quote for the top of the garages and walk way to be cleaned and cleared of any moss.
Walton&Allen’s Block Management Administrator has attended site and carried out a walk around inspection. The gardening company have also been approached in order for a quote to be provided for the excess waste left by the bin area to be disposed off.
Complete Surface Care have attended site and carried out the window cleaning to all elevations.
Following our comment on 6th January 2017, the quote received has been instructed and we are currently awaiting an attendance date from EMS.
Following our comment on December 23rd 2016, Brass Facilities have carried out their first visit today. There are still some leaves that require removing and will be done through the course of the week.
EMS have attended site to investigate and provide a quote for a damaged gully to be repaired.
The Service Charges are due today.
